Empowered people feel their best. Because when they feel good, they do good. That’s what my coaching is all about. My approach tackles the beliefs, emotional patterns and habits that get in the way of one’s happiness. How it works

Before committing to anything, we will arrange for a free Discovery Call that will allow us to determine whether we are a good fit.

My coaching proposition is tailored to the needs of my clients. There are currently 3 ways of working with me

3-month coaching

  • 6 coaching sessions via Skype/Phone/Facetime
  • email support in between sessions
  • tools & homework for lasting results

6-months coaching

  • 12 coaching sessions via Skype/Phone/Facetime
  • email support in between sessions
  • laser coaching calls for anything pressing in between sessions
  • written summaries after each session
  • tools & homework for lasting results

1-2 days VIP immersion

  • 1-2 content-filled, transformational and fun days to strategise and plan your life/business in London, UK
  • 1 x 1-hour coaching call before our VIP day(s)
  • 2 x 1-hour coaching calls after our VIP day(s)
