What life coaching is about
As a Life coach, I work with people on creating a life they feel excited about.
That doesn’t mean a perfect life or one free of challenges. What it does mean is that as your coach, I will help you identify (and achieve) goals that genuinely excite you, goals that feel aligned with what matters to you.
We do so while helping you overcome self-doubt, overthinking and any other beliefs that have historically gotten in your way.
A big focus area in my coaching is emotional agility, that is being able to deal with our thoughts, emotions and experiences resourcefully.
My coaching approach is always reflective, dynamic and empowering. Your agenda will always be my priority and each session will be tailored to your needs.
