Soulfull Confidence is a 6-week live group coaching experience designed to help you move from self-doubt to steady, grounded confidence.

Who teaches Soulfull Confidence?

Fadela Hilali is a coach and leadership development consultant with over a decade of experience supporting professionals and leaders through self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, and periods of change.

Drawing on her lived experience across continents and cultures—from Morocco to to Charleston SC, to London, and now Rome—Fadela brings a grounded, global perspective to everything she creates.

Her holistic, grounded approach helps people feel deeply understood while learning how to respond differently in real moments, building steadier confidence without relying on hacks or constant self-management. 

She is also the author of a book called “STUFFED: how to feel so good about yourself you won’t have room for cake”.

Fadela believes that confidence isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about coming home to who you are.

Frequently Asked Questions

I’m already self-aware. How is this different from what I already know?

This is not about learning more concepts.

It is about turning awareness into steadiness in real moments, when you are triggered, doubting yourself, or about to over-adapt.

If you understand your patterns but still react the same way under pressure, this programme focuses on integration, not information, although I will of course share some applicable concepts with you.

What if I don’t have time to fully commit?

There is one weekly live session, with replay available.

The practices are designed to fit into your normal week. There is no heavy homework or unrealistic expectations.

You do not need to do this perfectly to benefit. Imperfect consistency matters more than intensity.

Will I have to share personal things in the group?

Sharing is invited, never required.

You can speak, reflect quietly, or participate in a way that feels right for you.

The space is facilitated with clear boundaries and emotional safety in mind.

How do I know this will actually work for me?

This is not a quick confidence boost. It is a guided process to rebuild self-trust through awareness, emotional regulation, and real-life application.

And being in a supported and loving space accelerates that process. When you are not doing the work alone, the shifts deepen and stabilise more quickly.
